I hope everyone’s doing well.

One of the post Hurricane Sally projects covered by our insurance claim involves the removal and reapplication of the spray on insulation material on the ceiling of P2. This work will necessitate the removal and relocation of all vehicles and owner personal property on P2 by Sunday, January 31st. The removal of the insulation is expected to take approximately two weeks. The reapplication of the insulation to the ceiling is expected to take place the week of February 22, pending the receipt of the insulation materials. This reapplication process should take about one week to complete. Project completion is targeted for February 26. Any adjustments to this schedule will be communicated as soon as they are known. As a result ALL vehicular traffic will be closed for the month of February. During this time, owners/guests/renters with parking spaces on P2 are asked to use unassigned G level parking spaces during this time. Owners with parking spaces on P1 that are not being used during the month of February are asked to contact Patsy (251)980-1735 regarding the availability for P2 owners/guests during the month of February.

Also, I want to remind everyone that should they have any vendors on property working on your condo to please remind them their work should be done between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We have had a lot of guests in house that are frustrated being woken up at 1 a.m. in the morning. I told them to call security to try to locate which unit it is coming from and they will notify me.
