REGENCY ISLE PROPERTY AMENITIES


Regency Isle amenities provide a relaxed resort atmosphere for your pleasure while vacationing. Whether you are relaxing in one of the hot tubs or in the indoor heated pool, grilling the day’s catch or enjoying the beautiful white sandy beach, you’ll enjoy the top quality, well maintained amenities Regency Isle has to offer.

 

POOLS AND SPAS


Regency Isle has a 50,000 gallon outdoor pool with a baby wading area, as well as a 2,000 gallon outdoor hot tub with a large pool deck with lounge chairs and tables for sunbathing and socializing. The indoor facilities house a 25,000 gallon, heated, indoor pool, a 2,000 gallon hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, and his and her bathrooms.

 

PAVILION & GRILLS


The family friendly grill pavilion and courtyard provides a nice area for family picnics and lawn sports alike. The grill pavilion has four large natural gas grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining. The lush zoysia sodded courtyard is perfect for a game of frisbee or catch while waiting on dinner to cook.

 

EXERCISE FACILITIES


We have treadmills, exercise bikes, and a weight machine to help you stay in shape while on your vacation.

 

BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA SERVICE


Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental April-October.  See the attendant on duty on the beach.

 

WI-FI


All units have Wi-Fi access.  Any problems should be directed to Harbor Communications at (251) 923-1532.

 

PARKING


Regency Isle features covered parking for owners and guests.  Please be sure to obtain a proper parking pass from your rental agency or from the association office on the third floor and park in your designated space to avoid booting or towing.
