I encourage everyone to please look over the routine maintenence list. It’s so important to take care of these things in a timely manner. Just like staying home in these times. Choices. We had a leak that originated in an 8th floor unit and the intrusion went into all 10, 11, & 12 units from the eighth floor all the way down to ground floor. Frank Brown received the call around 6 p.m. on 3/25/20 and he came down and found the source. Coastal was called and came out immediately with their equipment and took care of it. You owners are so very fortunate to have him, I think you know that.

So, it’s pretty much a ghost town around here. We have taken this opportunity and finished painting the indoor pool, installing a concrete boardwalk, and installing a ramp on the roof so AC companies won’t damage the roof.

As a reminder, our annual Owner Meeting will be held April 25, 2020 in our activity room 3rd floor. We will meet at 9:30 a.m. Should things change we will keep you posted.
